Often I am asked in what form one can assist me with this website. Below I list a few options, but of course I am open to any new ideas!

    Mention this website to fellow sufferers and your doctors. By no means this website should replace any medical advice, it should be complementary. Especially your workstation setup and work habits should be looked at. Otherwise the treatment by your doctor might not have a long lasting effect. I have also created a one page notice which you can print out to spread the word. I will also gladly send you a couple of printed flyers. You can also follow me on Facebook.
  2. Submit your own personal story
    If you had problems with repetitive strain injury and you could significantly reduce the pain or are even symptom-free and want your healing strategies shared with other sufferers, please write me an email (anonymous publications are possible). Especially in times of suffering it is important not to lose a positive attitude. It helps immensely to read personal stories of former sufferers.
  3. Recommend good physicians and physical therapists
    Have you been helped by a physician or physical therapist and would recommend him/her for RSI related pain? For more information, please have a look at the map.
  4. Correct my English
    As I am no native English speaker, there might be a couple of language mistakes. You can help me improve this website by submitting any language mistake via the forms at the bottom of each page.

    The creation of this website has taken several months to complete. All information are free of charge and I don't have intrusive advertising. In my spare time I continuously work on improvements. In addition I have ongoing operational costs for the domain and web hosting.
